Graham has spent his career providing financial and management advice to the business sector.

Following university, he became an auditor with the New Zealand Audit office, working nationwide across a variety of industries. He then moved into CFO and related roles in New Zealand’s primary industries—the NZ Forest Service and Anchor Milk (Fonterra).

Graham was appointed the New Zealand CFO of Johnson Matthey (JMAT London Stock Exchange FTSE 100), a worldwide provider and commodity trader of gold bullion, precious metals and chemicals.

Graham has over 25 years experience in business ownership, directorship and management. His portfolio includes finance companies providing specialist finance solutions. Currently, he is CEO of a group of IT companies, which has a specialist finance company as part of their operation. He also provides management and consultancy advice to a wide range of industries.

Graham brings robust management and strong finance-related skills to Plus Mortgage Trust.

Grant is the Managing Director of Core Finance Limited. Inspired by his father’s entrepreneurial success and 3 decades of family experience in the finance industry he founded Core Finance in 2008.

As Director of Core Finance — a non-bank specialist mortgage lender – Grant helps financial advisers and their clients to fund their path to financial growth and security. Core Finance provides personal and commercial lending throughout NZ. Grant is very well known and respected within the mortgage adviser network as a specialist non-bank mortgage lender.

In 2013, he became co-Director with long-time friend Simeon Price to establish Plus Finance Ltd.

A keen athlete, Grant considers himself a weekend warrior, and has completed the Coast to Coast multisport race, numerous triathlons and marathons.

Simeon is the director and owner of Plus Finance Limited, a Waikato based non-bank lender specialising in business finance. Simeon spent many years in the corporate world, predominantly in the technology industry. He held various roles with Telecom NZ (Spark), and operational and general management positions with Broker Technologies (NASDAQ) and Connect NZ.

Prior to starting Plus Finance, Simeon was part owner and General Manager of a large nationwide technology company and its finance group, with annual revenue in excess of $50m. He led a team of staff across client management and technical roles, delivering projects for business and Government.

Simeon is the consummate analyst, thriving on processes and compliance. Such complexities are embedded in the finance industry. Simeon is a member of the Institute of Directors.

Simeon gives back to the community through governance in sporting organisations delivering programs to young people for their personal development through team sports. He is passionate about the outdoors—hiking, mountain biking, and active pest management to restore native bush.
